A family member needing to clear an estate is a stressful, emotional and physically demanding time for all involved. Dealing with a lifetime of memories, personal treasures, furniture and belongings, is a task most people cannot face.  We can help with both the emotional and physical effort by working one on one with a family member or  we can work alone after discussing your needs.


We provide a sensitive, compassionate & understanding service to make the task as quick, cost effective and pain-free as possible.Our staff are trained and experienced in dealing with whole house clearances, police checked, insured and follow strict security procedures.

As part of our estate clean up service we can:

  • Pack up all contents of property

  • Remove all contents of the property in a timely manner 

  • Arrange donations of items to a Charity

  • Complete an internal clean of the property

  • Tidy the gardens

  • Arrange basic renovations and repairs; and

  • Arrange a removalist for delivery of furniture and belongings to family members

  • Arrange saleable items to be taken to auction if required (fees apply)

We work closely with a range of clients including:

  • Elderly people unable to do the physical work of preparing a property for sale or rent

  • Family members whose commitments leave them little time to assist

  • Friends or family who live some distance away

  • Solicitors  nominated as executors of estates, and
