My Story

ACE Clear Out Services was established by Elaine, who, after working  as an employee at the local council landfill where she was the Gatehose Attendant for 7 years, saw first hand the amount of quality items being tipped daily by relatives, through distance, lack of time or other commitments, could not be there to sort through the Estate themselves.

Our services will not only assist you, we will also help Save the Environment by Reducing Waste and Reuse by donating items to charity and Recycling wherever possible.

The business now provides other services including Deceased Estate clearance, Removing rubbish, Aged Care Facility Transition, Decluttering, Downsizing, Hoarding and Squalor, Eviction Clear outs, and the clear out of Biohazard squalid homes.

ACE Clear Out Services' mission is to become the leading supplier of Deceased and Vacated Estates, Hoarding, Squalor and Property Services, by providing the highest level of customer satisfaction available. We will relentlessly pursue the customers objective of a professional, dedicated, compassionate remediation service to the Central Coast, Sydney and Newcastle.
